Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, you can upgrade / downgrade plans anytime. Once you fill your payment details, it is just as easy as can be. It takes just one click.

Sure, you will receive an automatically generated invoice. Whichever plan you choose.

What if I exceed the quota limit?

After exceeding the 70% limit, you will receive an email from us. After exceeding the 100% limit, your requests will not be executed (429 error).

Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up?

No. We do not require any payment details for the free accounts.

When the limit resets?

Limit of requests per month resets every 1st day of a month.

What is Priority API calls?

Priority calls mean that your requests have priority over free plans. 99% of the time, response time are the same but it may vary on high load.

How cacheing works?

When the cache is enabled, the data from read endpoints will be cached - you can set how often the cache will be purged (for example 1 hour). The second option to clear the cache is the endpoint that will manually delete the cache, after you change the data in a spreadsheet using SheetDB API (create / update / delete) the cache will be automatically cleared. This is a big advantage if you want to get the fastest response possible (it can be even 900ms vs. 40ms).
